During my recent stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable single room. It may have been small, but it was immaculate and had a nice touch of decor that made it feel homey. Just a short walk away, I explored attractions like the Bristol Aquarium and We The Curious, which was a fantastic way to spend my time. The breakfast options were decent, offering cereals and pastries, perfect for starting the day before heading out to the city.

Our stay at this lovely guest house was enhanced by the spacious family room, which came with its own private patio. Tracy made us feel at home, and even accommodated our precious dog. The varied breakfast options were a delightful surprise too.

Unfortunately, the heating was set to full blast during a warm June night, leading to an uncomfortable and sleepless experience. the lack of instructions for adjusting the heating or opening windows created unnecessary frustration, as did the noise from other guests in shared areas. It’s worth noting that parking can be a hassle in the bustling streets around the guesthouse.

The communal kitchen was fantastic, offering a wide selection for breakfast, tea, and coffee. The location made it easy for us to explore popular areas like the Waterfront and North St, with great access to the city center. We also appreciated the clean and homely atmosphere that made us feel right at home.

We, my husband and 2 kids aged 13 and 11 stayed here for 3 nights. The room was beautiful, a double bed and bunk beds which was ideal for our family. The en-suite bathroom was spotless, and the kitchen area was fantastic with self-service breakfast options. Tracey, the host, was so friendly and gave us great ideas about where to go and how to get there. Plus, the location is just a short walk from the quay area with lots of cafes and shops.
